We conduct searches to determine if a trade mark is registered, if it is being used and, if not in use, when use ceased.

This information may be used prior to registering a trade mark, or prior to applying for removal of a trade mark from the register.

We also gather evidence of trade mark infringements including the use or production of counterfeit goods. See Investigations for more information.
